| User Activation Process |

The activation process is for users of the ShareMagic™ desktop applications – access to ONLINE is free for all ShareMagic™ software users.
If you wish to subscribe to ONLINE (R129 per month) and are not a ShareMagic™ software user please click here.

- If you are a new user of a ShareMagic™ desktop application (CHART, GOLD or ANALYST) you must first register your desktop software before you can get access to ONLINE.
- All other desktop users (including LITE and PRO users), please enter your email address below and click on Find Subscriber Record. You must use the same email address against which your download access is registered.

If you use a number of email addresses and are not sure which one to enter you may do one of the following:
- Try trial and error – a results page will indicate if you have the correct address when you click on Find Subscriber Record.
- Phone ShareMagic™ support on 011-728-5510 and ask for the SCAS department – the operator will be able to advise the email address on file.
